1. Data controller

2. What data is processed

This website has no forms and no registration area. The only data processed is what you choose to share when you send an email or call (name, email address, phone number and the content of your message), plus the technical browsing data described in the Cookie policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering your enquiries. Legal basis: your consent when you get in touch (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b).

  • Managing commissions, collaborations or workshop registrations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c).

  • Understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a).

No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the conversation or professional relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law (for example, under tax and accounting rules).

5. Recipients and international transfers

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The essential technology providers have access to it as data processors: Squarespace (website hosting) and Google (email). These providers may process data in the United States under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to neus.sola@gmail.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes to the website.
